FAQs

How long will my dried flowers last?

Dried flowers can last for many years if cared for properly. Refer to my care guidelines for details. Generally, avoid sunlight, keep cool and dry and protect from physical damage.

Where should I display my dried flowers?

Ideally, place indoors. Your flowers will be an attractive feature in any room. Place in a safe position which will be seen by your family and friends. Consider basic care needs such as avoid sunlight, keeping cool and minimising humidity and breezes. Dried Flowers always look great on a side table in a hallway, on a corner table to create a feature, or as a centre piece on a dining room table.

Can I add perfume or scent to my dried flowers?

Your dried flowers retain much of their original fragrance for a long time. Please avoid spraying with perfume as this may damage or shorten their life. If you desire, you could place a small amount of perfume on the vase, or a few small drops of essential oils onto a sturdy part of your bouquet (e.g. near bottom of stems).

How should I store away my dried flowers?

Whether you are re-modelling, moving home, or just need to store away your flowers it’s best to keep in a similar cardboard box to which they arrived. Add water repellent sachets and also cedar chips or a specially prepared nontoxic insect repellent formula to prevent moisture, moths or other insects from damaging them. Never store dried flowers in plastic.

Can I order custom dried floral arrangements?
